Living in the United Kingdom, a group of immigrant friends from different countries struggle to make ends meet while supporting their families back home. Until one fateful day when they find a bag with £1 million, sparking a hilarious misadventure none of them are prepared for.

The gripping story begins after a young altar boy's tragic death by suicide in a local church. Father Frye (Colin Bates) discovers the body, only to face resistance from the church hierarchy, the local police and the surrounding community. His investigation is driven by the grief and distrust of the boy’s older sister, Siobhan (Ella Kennedy Davis), as well as the church’s apparent urgency to bury the truth. Together, Frye and Siobhan—united by their shared loss but divided by Frye’s unwavering loyalty to the institution—uncover dark secrets buried within the church. As they dig deeper, Frye’s faith and career are put to the test, especially as his superior, the bishop, and his former mentor, the Monsignor, will do whatever it takes to stop the truth from surfacing.

It tells of dangerous intrigues, accusations, and slander that can have a devastating effect on anyone's life... Phillip Madison has a happy family and a thriving medical practice, with a reputation as one of the best surgeons around. However, an enemy suddenly appears in his almost idyllic life – the psychopathic Brittany Harding, who begins to blackmail Madison – accusing him of rape and threatening his marriage and professional reputation. When her blackmail fails, her aggression knows no bounds. One night, an accident occurs and the doctor is charged with causing bodily harm to two random pedestrians, resulting in their deaths. The investigation and subsequent trial aim to prove his guilt or find another culprit. Is the doctor innocent, and will he manage to clear himself of the false accusations and charges of manslaughter?

This is one of the most beautiful and mysterious shorts committed to film. Visuals are more like a moving painting than anything else I've seen. There are certainly elements of films like City of Lost Children in there, but taken to another level. Visually only Casshern comes close to this, for sheer depth of vision. It just shows you what is possible for people to achieve with some imagination. Too many film makers seem to want to use digital effects to create the most realistic looking sets/ extras/ stunts, when they should be concentrating on making it look as interesting as possible.
